Gail leads PCI’s enterprise risk management framework, portfolio management systems, strategic initiatives, and impact reporting efforts. She works across the organization to strengthen operational infrastructure, support lending and capital formation activities, enhance portfolio oversight, and develop systems and processes that position PCI for long-term growth and sustainability.

Prior to joining PCI, Gail served as Senior Vice President of Impact & Initiatives at Opportunity Communities, where she led strategic initiatives, data and learning practices, and systems development to strengthen organizational impact and advance equitable community development. She has also held a leadership position at Preservation Management, Inc., overseeing resident services, communications, compliance, technology, and organizational effectiveness for a national affordable housing provider. Earlier in her career, Gail spent nearly a decade at Boston Community Capital (now BlueHub Capital), where she helped build the organization's portfolio management and impact measurement functions and supported the deployment of capital in underserved communities.

She holds a Master of Urban Affairs from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and French from Rutgers University.

When she is not working, Gail is exploring trails with her rescue mutt, cheering for her teen boys and husband at swim meets and hockey games, baking gluten free treats, or painting at the beach in Maine.
