Paz Properties, Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH), Boston

NOAH is a nonprofit community development corporation serving East Boston. The Paz Properties project included the purchase and rehabilitation of three dilapidated buildings owned by the City of Boston. One of the buildings was renovated and sold to a first-time homeowner. The remaining six-unit apartment building and the commercial storefront were retained as rental units.
