The Crocker-Cutlery project is part of a larger revitalization effort in the village of Turner's Falls in the town of Montague. This project preserved and created 48 units of affordable housing for households with incomes at or below 60 percent of the area median income in the Cutlery Building. The Crocker building was leased to the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife.
