Community Services

A major indicator of the health of any community is the level of services available to its residents. Affordable housing, health care, child care and educational services are critical to the revitalization of economically depressed communities. PCI will fund loans to companies and organizations providing services targeted to low and moderate income households to support the expansion of programs, purchase or improvement of real estate, or to provide working capital to support operations.

Priority is given to community health centers and child care providers.
